Poland is jointly hosting the Euro 2012 football championships with Ukraine. This is good news for property prices in the country. The Polish government will be building a lot of new infrastructure to cope with the amounts of people visiting the country, new roads will be built across the country. It can only be a good thing. The two countries will want to showcase their countries and so will be hoping to put on a good championships.
